The UK has now left the EU.

During the second world war, when the UK was defending itself; together with allies from various countries, against the Nazis, it was the FEW that sacrificed for the MANY.

How times have changed.

The UK government has now forced the MANY; in fact all UK citizens, to sacrifice some of their FREEDOMS; to travel, live, work, study and trade freely within the EU, so that a FEW liars and cowards can have power.

Removing UK students from the ERASMUS student exchange programme, forcing all exporters to the EU; including individuals sending parcels to the EU, to have to fill in custom declarations, forcing all UK citizens going on holiday to the EU to wait in queues and make travelling more difficult and expensive.

All the lies and tricks that were peddled by the UK government, blinding people from the truth that being part of the EU was a good and noble thing for all, allowing our world to be bigger and more accessible.

Now the UK government is made up of liars, cheats, cowards and bullies with the main culprit the Prime Minister himself.

Washing their hands of all accountability for Brexit by saying that this is 'The Will of the People'.

Telling people that the UK's sovereignty was at stake when in fact the UK has always maintained it's sovereignty as a member of the EU.

What does it even mean to be 'sovereign'?  How does this so called intangible 'sovereignty' compare with our tangible FREEDOMS; to travel, live, work, study and trade freely within the EU?

What can individuals do with this reclaimed 'sovereignty' compared to what as individuals was taken away from us?

All the UK government has now done is to place the UK in a box with 'sovereignty' stamped on the side, isolating the UK from the benefits of being a member of the EU.

We have all been affected, whether we are: so that a FEW can have power.

The UK government's lust for power will destroy the UK, with Scotland seeking independence and the possibility of Northern Ireland reunifying with the Republic of Ireland in the future to form one Ireland.

What is more IMPORTANT is that we have all lost some of our FREEDOMS; to travel, live, work, study and trade freely within the EU.

Having our FREEDOMS restricted means that we start turning away from freedom and start moving towards slavery.

So what can we do?

It is VERY IMPORTANT that we do not forget our FREEDOMS; even though they have been restricted.

We must maintain HOPE that our FREEDOMS will one day be returned to us.

We need to STAND TOGETHER.

One way is to keep on lobbying our local MPs to remind them of the restrictions on our FREEDOMS and for MPs to constantly bring the issue of our restricted FREEDOMS up in Parliament.

Another way to STAND TOGETHER is to be visible.

For this reason there is a FREEDOMS PACK.

We can KEEP THE LIGHT ON and REMEMBER OUR FREEDOMS by: As individuals we have a choice.  We can do nothing; in which case we should not complain that we have our FREEDOMS restricted OR we can do something.

As a MINIMUM we can share this information via social media (Facebook, Twitter etc...); make it viral, trend it, talk about it.

If we feel MOTIVATED we can put up posters, hand out leaflets, create events etc...

If we feel PASSIONATE about our FREEDOMS then we can use the FREEDOMS PACK to be visible; at work, at university / college, socially etc...

If we forget our FREEDOMS then ultimately we become slaves.

Great countries and civilizations always go forward by promoting FREEDOMS, LIBERTIES and HARMONY, not hate, destruction and restrictions.

Peace and prosperity should be for all.

KEEP THE LIGHT ON!

REMEMBER OUR FREEDOMS!
